Listed below are resources and opportunities available to support Learning for Life.

Drug Abuse Prevention for Teens is a supplement to the Learning for Life program, developed jointly by Learning for Life and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Character Quest can be used by teachers as a strategy for teaching the Learning for Life elementary lesson plans in an after-school setting.

Computer games on CD-ROM
- Super Safe - A new interactive game is now featured for Grades 3-6. The game is called Super Safe and there is one version for 3rd and 4th graders while the second version for the 5th and 6th graders. The game talks students through real life situations where they must make a choice. Gamers can't continue until they have made the "super safe" or correct choice. Each section needs with a review for the student and most sections feature a printable parental notes page. The game is built around the following sections:
  - Unsupervised children: what to do to be safe at home
  - Internet safety: how and why to avoid giving out personal information
  - Bullying: skills to avoid and resolve bullying situations
  - Deadly Weapons: reviews consequences of playing with such items
  - Verbal Abuse: how to handle it as a victim; how to make sure you don't initiate it
  - Youth Protection: guidelines for adult and child interactions
- Life Choices: A Character Game - This game is for the Builders program for 7th and 8th graders. It features real life scenarios where students must make a decision from two choices presented. Once a student makes a choice, they receive an immediate consequence and then it is on to another situation. The game tracks student responses and will report at the end of game how they performed. The game concludes with a students recognized at school assemblies or a journal see how the consequences of the situations.
- Life Choices: a Career Game - This game is for the Navigators program for high school participants. Here students are presented moral situations where an ethical choice is required. Students make their choice and receive the consequence. Their choices build up icons on the screen, some positive, others negative that come into play at the end of game. The conclusion of the game is an interactive job interview. This is conducted with the student who will have to refer to his icons to continue the interview. The message here is that choices have consequences that may be long term
Teacher's Editions: The lesson plans have been revised for Grades K-6. Each of the 61 lesson plans and activities have been reviewed and updated where needed. Lessons are divided into 8 character traits and a series of Life Skills. Also the Family/Home Activities are now on a separate page with more items to reinforce character.
Student Workbooks new student workbook is available for grades K-6. Each book has all the activities and Home/Family Activities ready for classroom use. Each book is meant to be a consumable item each year for each student.
Celebrate Character: a supplemental program for families of elementary aged students to work at home on the 8 character traits and life skills found in the program.
Drug Abuse Prevention Education Lesson Plans Here are substance abuse lesson plans for grades K-6 for classroom teachers to use. Each grade features age appropriate and grade specific activities to develop the skills young people need to avoid the trap of substance abuse. Most grades feature posters and pre/post assessment instruments.
The Builders Program for 7th and 8th Grade Teacher's Edition: There is a book for each grade with 44 age appropriate/grade specific lesson plans. The lesson are dived into four sections:

Navigators Program: Book One: A Personal Compass for Daily Living. This set of lesson plans is divided into chapters that include:

- Career Education
- College Life
- Life Skills
- Life Choices: A Career Game CD ROM
Program Assessment This is a series of pre and post instruments used by teachers and students to measure growth in knowledge and application of character traits found in the program.
There is a sheet for students in each grade 2-6, one for 7th and 8th program and one for the Senior high School program. The teacher observation form is the same for all grades.
The reporting software makes pre and post assessment results available to use as a planning tool for the program.
